What can a small company automate with AI?
Mostly the repetitive work between systems: quotes and invoices, payment runs, schedules, reminders, syncing bookings and answering recurring questions. We start with whatever eats the most hours.
What does AI automation cost?
We quote a fixed price after the discovery call. A small automation is a few days of work; a full product is a few weeks. No hourly surprises at the end.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Wherever money, contracts or customers are involved, a person approves before anything goes out. The agent prepares the work, you give the go-ahead.
Does our data go to ChatGPT or another cloud AI?
Only if that's what you choose. For sensitive material we run models on our own hardware in Ghent, so prompts, files and answers never reach a cloud AI provider.
Do we need AI for this at all?
Not always. We build complete products and add AI where it genuinely saves time. If AI is not the answer to your problem, we tell you on the first call.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
That is most of the job. We connect to Stripe, Shopify, your booking system, your mailbox and your spreadsheets instead of asking you to replace everything you already pay for.
