Custom software that fits how you work
When standard tools stop fitting and the rest runs on spreadsheets, we build what's missing: platforms, portals, dashboards and the connections between them. One team in Ghent, at a fixed price.

When it's time for software of your own
The same data in three systems
Every booking, order or invoice gets retyped somewhere else. We connect what you have, so nobody types the same thing twice and the numbers match everywhere.
A spreadsheet that runs the company
It works until two people edit it at once, or the one person who understands it leaves. We turn it into software with logins, rules and a clear history.
A tool that almost fits
You pay for ten features and work around the one you need. We build that one around your process, and connect it to what you already use.
Software for the way your company runs
Platforms and SaaS
Products with users, accounts, payments and payouts. Ticketbalie handles ticket sales, scanning and automatic payouts for organisers in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Customer and dealer portals
A place where customers or partners arrange things themselves. Compact Solutions' dealers sign up, order and download what they need.
Dashboards
One view of what's going on. Investeren.org puts stocks, crypto, ETFs and forex in a single portfolio with real-time market data.
Internal tools
Software only your team sees. FC Touzani's publishing studio sends one video to every connected channel and follows each upload until it's live.
Integrations
Stripe to your bookkeeping, Shopify, your bookings and your spreadsheets connected, so month-end stops being a manual job.
Built for Belgium
Bancontact and SEPA, flexi-jobs, VAT and Peppol, in Dutch, French and English. We ship for this market every week.
Software that runs every day

From first call to live software
Every project runs the same way, and you always know what's next and what it costs.
- 01
Discovery
One call, usually the same week. We ask until the scope is crystal clear for both of us.
- 02
A fixed price
A written plan, a fixed price to build and what maintenance costs. The plan is yours to keep, even if you stop there.
- 03
Build
A working first version in two to four weeks. You see it working on real data while we build, not in a demo at the end.
- 04
Live, and kept running
Hosting, monitoring, updates and small changes on a monthly plan. The people who built it are the people on the phone.
What people ask us
What does custom software cost?
We quote a fixed price per project after the discovery call, so you know the number before we start. A small automation is a few days of work; a full product is a few weeks. No hourly surprises at the end.
How long does it take?
Discovery takes about a week. A working first version follows in two to four weeks, and most builds ship in two to six weeks depending on scope. We agree the date up front.
Do we have to replace the tools we already have?
Usually not. We connect to Stripe, Shopify, your booking system, your mailbox and your spreadsheets, and only build what's really missing.
What if our needs change along the way?
They will. We build in short passes you can follow, and after launch we keep adding features how and where you want them.
Which technology do you use?
The same stack that runs our own products in production, including React, TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase and PostgreSQL. No experiments on your project.
Who owns the code?
You can always take the code with you. We would rather keep you because it runs well than because you are locked in.
